Football Opportunities Aren’t Just for One Type of Person

There’s a common perception that working in football is only for recent graduates or those already on a clear career path in sport.

The reality is very different.

Non-league football thrives on people from all walks of life:

• Students and graduates building their first experience
• Individuals currently out of work, looking to develop new skills and regain momentum
• Professionals considering a career change
• People later in their careers want to reconnect with a passion for the game

Full Time Pathway exists to bring all of these people closer to opportunities within football.

---

A Different Way to Get Involved

Through Full Time Pathway, you can connect with non-league clubs that are open to volunteers – clubs that value commitment, enthusiasm, and a willingness to get involved.

You don’t need a perfect CV or years of football experience.

What matters most is your attitude and your desire to contribute.

Why Non-League Football is the Ideal Place to Start

Non-league clubs are at the heart of their communities.

They are welcoming, hands-on environments where:

• Your contribution is valued

There’s No “Right Time” to Start

• If you’re just starting out, this is your opportunity to gain experience
• If you’re out of work, this is your chance to rebuild momentum
• If you’re later in your career, this is your chance to give back and try something new
